I often get asked what I eat, in particular what I eat for lunch.
To be honest I have never really given it much thought.I always eat yummy and exciting things, but it’s not something I over think or struggle with. I plan my meals at the start of the week an think ahead.
One of the biggest tips I can give you is preparation. 80% of the time I cook a little bit more at dinner time and then take it to work with me. It’s that simple. It’s always great to be organised and plan ahead. You will never get caught out being hungry and will avoid allergens if you make it yourself 🙂

Rice Paper Rolls
Bolognese – Loaded with veggies
Salad – Full of greens
Pumpkin Risotto – My partners fav
Mexican – One of my all time favs
Rice and Quinoa crackers with salmon and avocado
Blueberries – LOVING these at the moment
Rice crackers or corn chips and homemade hummus
Homemade bliss balls
Homemade banana bread
Homemade coconut and choc chip cookies
And lastly – LOADS of Water.
Lunch can be fun. Remember, preparation is the key.
