Go for it: 2 eggs, 1 cup cooked buckwheat kernels, 100 grms poached salmon ( optional) mixture of herbs & vegetable from my bounty veggie box. River salt, Sumac & cold pressed olive oil dressing. ( dressing optional.. I just enjoy these flavours) .Buckwheat is the seed of a flowering fruit, it’s related to rhubarbs & sorrel. It’s a great substitute for wheat .
