Tonight for dinner I made a delicious Quinoa and Tahini salad and with Chicken kebabs.
Fast, Fresh and Fun.
I cooked up some white quinoa and added some – Olives, Sundried tomatoes, garden parsley, Tahini, Lemon juice, salt and Pepper.
I then cooked up some chicken tossed in some paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and coconut oil. I then popped them on some skewers*, with some capsicum, bacon and Halloumi.
Yum.. Be creative guys
*HINT – To prevent your skewers from burning, soak them in cold water half an hour before cooking.
