INGREDIENTS 

1 x Bunch of Kale
Some oil – I use Spray Coconut Oil.
Salt to sprinkle with.

METHOD

Preheat an oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with some baking paper.
With a knife or kitchen scissors carefully cut the kale into bite size pieces. Wash thoroughly and then dry kale with a salad spinner or some paper towel. Place your kale on baking tray and drizzle of spray with oil and sprinkle on some salt.
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
