Sour Cherry Crackles
3 cups Quinoa/rice puffs
1/2 cup cacao
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Dried cherries
1/2 cup PINE NUTS
1/2 CUP Pistachios NUTS
1/2 Cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup coconut oil
200 grams dark chocolate
Place all ingredients into a bowl.
Melt coconut oil and dark chocolate together.
Once melted, mix coconut oil and chocolate with dry ingredients.
Once mixed place mixture into cupcake holders.
Place in fridge to set for about 15minuets.
* If you like sweet treats, try adding 2 table spoons of rice malt syrup.
